Great texture! - Sunday, December 17, 2017 Sherril PearsonExcellent cake texture and nice chocolate flavor, although as a chocolate lover I wish the depth of chocolate was quite a bit more. I would describe it as a lighter chocolate flavor that left me wanting more chocolate! I should have used chocolate frosting rather than the vanilla I used and it may have been a little more satisfying. Also could add some chocolate chips, if you are another chocolate lover! Really was wonderful texture like gluten cakes have!
