Delicious! - Monday, March 18, 2024 Jennifer MoloughneyI made this in a bundt pan and it was a hit at St. Patrick's Day. I will say it's more cake-like than the typical bread I'm used to having but the flavors were great and it was less crumbly than the typical version.

Excellent Irish Soda Bread - Friday, March 22, 2019 Patricia ReaganThis is the second year I have used this mix. The first year, we had this Irish Soda Bread and homemade gluten Irish Soda Bread, and everyone preferred this mix!! This year it was requested I make this bread, and no one even bothered to make any other! I get many, many compliments on it. I love it as well.
