Gluten-Free Crepes

Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour



  • 1 cup RGF All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk(or milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Your choice of fresh fruit for topping
  • Powdered sugar, for topping
  • Chocolate sauce or Nutella to drizzle on top




  1. In a large bowl, create a well with flour then add eggs, slowly whisking them into flour. Add sugar and salt and stir until combined.
  2. Gradually add in milk, whisking to combine after each addition. Let batter stand at room temperature until slightly bubbly on top, 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. In a small skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. About 1/4 cup at a time, drop batter evenly onto pan, swirling it to evenly coat.
  4. Serve crepes warm and top with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and chocolate sauce
