Gluten Free Baked Blueberry Doughnuts
Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour
YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
- 2 eggs or egg replacer(we like flax or apple sauce)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons butter or earth balance
- 1/2 cup milk or milk replacement
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:

Add dry ingredients & blueberries into a bowl.

In small separate bowl, add orange juice and milk. Let sit
- Beat eggs, oil, sugar, & butter in a separate bowl until combined.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, then add milk + orange juice combo. Blend until combined

Butter 6 doughnut hole pan. Fill & bake at 375* for 15-22 minutes

Cool for 5 minutes, flip onto cooking rack
*For drizzle*
2T blueberry jam
1 c powdered sugar
- Mix until blended
- Drizzle over cooked donuts
