Gluten-Free Cheddar and Herb Biscuits

Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour


  • 2 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • 4 tablespoons “butter” of choice 
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons herbs
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Combine 1/2 c yogurt or “milk” with 1 T apple cider vinegar. Let sit for a few minutes
  2. Blend all ingredients together in food processor or with fingers until sand like texture. Add liquid until just combined and soft (may need a bit more liquid if too crumbly)
  3. Place 8 mounds onto parchment lined pan or roll dough out onto plastic wrap and cut 8 rounds. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes 
  4. Bake at 375* 15-17 minutes
  5. Brush tops with “egg wash” or “milk” last 5 minutes of baking for golden color! 
  6. Cool slightly before cutting open or serving. Enjoy warm Biscuits!
