Gluten Free Cheesecake Brownies

Using The Really Great Food Company Brownie Mix




  • 1 package RGF Brownie Mix
  • 1 cup eggs (approximately 4 large eggs) or egg replacer
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup gluten free chocolate chips ( optional)



  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened or dairy free option
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg or egg replacer
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla


Preheat oven to 350*



  1. In a large bowl. Prepare the brownie mix as per directions on the box. Add the chocolate chips to the brownie mix. Stir them in and set the bowl aside.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 pan.  Spread brownie batter evenly into pan.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spoon cheesecake mixture on top of brownie batter. Swirl together using a knife.
  5. Bake for 28-35 minutes. Use toothpick to test dry. Enjoy!
