Gluten Free Cheesecake Brownies
Using The Really Great Food Company Brownie Mix
YOU WILL NEED:
Brownie
- 1 package RGF Brownie Mix
- 1 cup eggs (approximately 4 large eggs) or egg replacer
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup gluten free chocolate chips ( optional)
Cheesecake
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened or dairy free option
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg or egg replacer
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350*
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl. Prepare the brownie mix as per directions on the box. Add the chocolate chips to the brownie mix. Stir them in and set the bowl aside.
- Grease 9 x 13 pan. Spread brownie batter evenly into pan.
- Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture on top of brownie batter. Swirl together using a knife.
- Bake for 28-35 minutes. Use toothpick to test dry. Enjoy!
