Gluten-Free Churros
- 1 1/2 cups RGF Pumpkin Bread Mix
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- Splash of seltzer
- 6-8 cups oil
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Place dough in pastry bag. Refrigerate or freeze for 20 minutes.

Heat oil to 375*. Pipe medium-long strips of dough directly into oil. Fry until golden.
- Drain churros, roll in cinnamon & sugar.
- For chocolate sauce, place chocolate chips in microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir & repeat 1 time.
- Serve churros warm or cold with chocolate sauce for dipping.
