Gluten-Free Churros

Using The Really Great Food Company Pumpkin Bread Mix




  • 1 1/2 cups RGF Pumpkin Bread Mix
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • Splash of seltzer
  • 6-8 cups oil
  • 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Place dough in pastry bag. Refrigerate or freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil to 375*. Pipe medium-long strips of dough directly into oil. Fry until golden.
  4. Drain churros, roll in cinnamon & sugar.
  5. For chocolate sauce, place chocolate chips in microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir & repeat 1 time.
  6. Serve churros warm or cold with chocolate sauce for dipping.
