Gluten-Free Grilled Pizza Dough
Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour
YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon sugar, maple syrup, agave or honey
DIRECTIONS:

Combine the yeast, oil, syrup & 1 tablespoon water in a container. Let it bloom with top on.
- Once bloomed, add the flour & 3/4 cup water. Mix well.

Let stand in a covered container for 1 hour.
- Remove dough from container. Press out onto oiled parchment paper with wet oiled hands or plastic wrap. Press out to desired thickness, deep dish or thin crust etc
- Spray top with water or brush with oil. Place on HOT GRILL for 5-7 minutes. Flip and repeat.
- Place toppings of choice in final 2 minutes. Enjoy!
