Gluten-Free Grilled Pizza Dough

Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour


  • 2 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup  water
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, maple syrup, agave or honey
  1. Combine the yeast, oil, syrup & 1 tablespoon water in a container. Let it bloom with top on.
  2. Once bloomed, add the flour & 3/4 cup water. Mix well.
  3. Let stand in a covered container for 1 hour.
  4. Remove dough from container. Press out onto oiled parchment paper with wet oiled hands or plastic wrap. Press out to desired thickness, deep dish or thin crust etc
  5. Spray top with water or brush with oil. Place on HOT GRILL for 5-7 minutes. Flip and repeat.
  6. Place toppings of choice in final 2 minutes.  Enjoy!
