Gluten Free Peach Brown Betty

Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour



  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons RGF All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon




  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Toss peaches in 2 tablespoons AP Flour and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Arrange peaches evenly in 8″ x 8″ baking dish
  3. Mix flour, brown sugar, oil and cinnamon in a bowl using a pastry cutter until evenly crumbled. Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into peaches.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.
