The BEST Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips or chunks
 
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 375*. Line baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside
  3. Combine butter and sugars until combined and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Add package(12 0z) of chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Roll cookies into balls(or use a scoop if you have one) into your preferred size and place them evenly spaced on the cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out just when they are starting to turn brown. (Don’t overbake)
  7. Let them sit 2-3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Enjoy!

* Yields 3-4 dozen cookies
