The BEST Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour
YOU WILL NEED:
- 3 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips or chunks
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375*. Line baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside
- Combine butter and sugars until combined and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Add package(12 0z) of chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll cookies into balls(or use a scoop if you have one) into your preferred size and place them evenly spaced on the cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out just when they are starting to turn brown. (Don’t overbake)
- Let them sit 2-3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
* Yields 3-4 dozen cookies
