Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Using The Really Great Food Company Chocolate Cake Mix
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 package RGF Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil & water until well combined.
- Chill cookie dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- After dough has chilled, form into small 1-2 tablespoon size balls.
- Pour powdered sugar into a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated. NOTE: the key to nice crinkles is small dough balls with lots of powdered sugar coating them.
- Transfer dough balls to cookie sheet.
- Bake for approximately 8-12 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
