Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Using The Really Great Food Company Chocolate Cake Mix



  • 1 package RGF Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water




  1. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil & water until well combined.
  2. Chill cookie dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. After dough has chilled, form into small 1-2 tablespoon size balls.
  5. Pour powdered sugar into a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated. NOTE: the key to nice crinkles is small dough balls with lots of powdered sugar coating them.
  6. Transfer dough balls to cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for approximately 8-12 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
