Gluten Free Zucchini Bread
Using The Really Great Food Company Golden Cake Mix
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 package RGF Golden Cake Mix
- 1 cup eggs or egg alternative (approx. 4 large eggs)
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
Preheat oven to 350*
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix eggs and water together in mixing bowl.
- Add oil and shredded zucchini.
- Add entire package of golden cake mix to wet ingredients and beat at medium speed for 1 ½ minutes or until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased and floured pans
- Bake 40-45 minutes. Let cool 3 minutes before removing from pan
USE:
- (2) 8” x 4” loaf pans
