Gluten-Free Double Dip S’mores
Using the The Really Great Food Company Brownie Mix
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 package of RGF Brownie Mix
- 1 package gluten free graham crackers(we recommend Schar)
- 1 package large marshmallows
- 1 cup eggs or egg alternative (approx. 4 large eggs)
- 2/3 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350*
DIRECTIONS:
- Beat eggs in a deep mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add entire package of brownie mix to eggs and combine with fork.
- Once mixed, add oil and vigorously beat with 1-2 minutes until blended.
- Whip batter with rubber spatula for 15 seconds
- Layer graham crackers on the bottom of the pan.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth out evenly with rubber spatula.
- Bake for 23-30 minutes then add layer of marshmallows covering the entire top of the pan. Bake for 5 more minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with a spoon, graham crackers or ice cream!
Use:
(1) 9″ x 13″ pan
-Bake 28-35 minutes or until toothpick tests dry
