Gluten Free Pound Cake

Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour



    • 3 1/4  cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
    • 9 large eggs
    • 2 cups softened, salted butter
    • 2 cups sugar
Preheat oven to 350*
  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Slowly add in flour, mixing in between additions.
  3. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans
  4. Bake for 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
