Gluten Free Pound Cake
Using The Really Great Food Company All-Purpose Flour
YOU WILL NEED:

- 3 1/4 cups RGF All-Purpose Flour
- 9 large eggs
- 2 cups softened, salted butter
- 2 cups sugar
Preheat oven to 350*

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar until smooth.
- Add in eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Slowly add in flour, mixing in between additions.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pans

Bake for 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
USE:
2 – 9″ x 5″ loaf pans
